I had an amazing experience in the Presidential Suite, where everything felt luxurious and well thought out. The staff was attentive, especially GM Eunice, who made our planning session smooth. However, my first day was really stressful due to poor handling of our arrival, and the dining experience left much to be desired with missing orders and slow service. Overall, the hotel has great amenities, but they need to improve their service consistency.
